Established on Oct 8th 2014, China Highrun Capital Limited (Highrun) focuses on Private Equity investments, Mezzanine Funds, Merge & Acquisitions and other financial advisory services. In 2016, we successfully acquired Guangdong Success Capital Partners Limited, which was named “China 's top 50 venture capital institutions” and “China Top 10 Venture Capital in Clean Technology Sector” in 2013 and 2014 by Zero2IPO Group.

We invest in a variety of fields such as FMCG/ Medical/ Environmental/ IT/ Media/Agriculture and so on, covering companies from start-up stages to Pre-IPO stages. We have completed over 50 PE/VC transaction deals with each deal from the sizes of several million RMB to tens of million RMB.

Our team is comprised of professionals with diverse education and work experiences from different background, such as registered CPAs, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, investment bankers, and experienced venture capitalists. Our professional teams have well experiences on picking investment targets with bright return potential. So far we have several cases which successfully completed IPO on A-Share market. We are looking for more in the near future.
